General Information
At Épiphanique, every piece is thoughtfully sourced—both domestically and abroad—for its timeless design, character, and soul. Many of our vintage and antique items carry stories that span generations. As such, exact dates or origins may not always be verifiable, though we offer informed estimates based on style, materials, and craftsmanship.
All sales are final. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the continental United States using the safest and most appropriate method for each item. For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us directly at info@epiphanique.com for a custom quote.
You may also schedule a pickup from our warehouse—just let us know in advance.
Shipping Methods
· Small Parcel
Shipped via UPS or USPS. Most items do not require a signature, though this is at the carrier’s discretion
· White Glove
Our preferred method for furniture and fragile items. The piece is blanket-wrapped and brought directly into your home. White Glove Delivery could take up to 6 weeks
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your item carefully before signing for delivery.
1. Check the packaging and item for visible damage.
2. Take clear photos of any damage to the item and/or packaging.
3. Note any issues on the delivery paperwork (e.g., write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" before signing).
4. Email us within 24 hours at info@epiphanique.com with photos and your order number.
Assembled or installed items may not be eligible for resolution, so please do not discard packaging until your inspection is complete.
Returns & Exchanges
At Épiphanique, each piece we offer has a story—and because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or delicate by nature, all sales are considered final and sold in as-is condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchase—whether you'd like to understand the condition more clearly or see additional photos or video. We're always happy to assist and ensure you feel informed before welcoming a piece into your home.

Returns or refunds will only be considered in the case of verified shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations & Order Changes
Most orders ship quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, email us at info@epiphanique.com right away with your order number and contact information.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state regulations.
